House Across The Street Need TLC
The house across the street has been vacant for about two years. The person that lived there before passed away and the bank now owns it. I am not sure why it has not been put up for sale yet. There must be legal things going on with it. It is a nice house it will just need a lot of work. The man that lived there before did not update it. I think the person that buys it will need to rent a dumpster rental Rockford to clean it up. Once it is fixed up it will be a great house.
